Terms & Conditions, Refund & Shipping Policy
By using Tobraai Catering, you agree to the following terms:

Orders must be places at least 24-48 hours in advance

Payment is required upon order confirmations and a 50% deposit is required on orders over $50CAD

We reserve the right to modify menu items based on availability

Cancellations must be made at least 24 to 48 hours before an event or delivery.

Our refund policy follows Canadian consumer protection guidelines:

Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours before the event or order delivery.

Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations within 24 hours.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event

If an order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, we will work to resolve the issue promptly

Tobraai provides delivery services within designated areas. Our shipping policy is based on the Canada Shipping Act:
